I think I’ve e-mailed you before but I thought I’d bring to your attention or remind you of my Facebook page Victorian Madness Lyrics. Type in Victorian Madness Lyrics into the Search engine.

This came about as a result of the compettion you set as a result of your gigs at the Hackney Empire over a year or two ago.

Now let me point out straight away that I’m deeply sorry if I’ve caused any offence to any of the boys.

I have to say I think the Lyrics are I think a very flattering homage to Suggs and the rest of the lads. Most of the Lyrics have been literally translated into Dickensian language and very elegantly reproduced. You should be able to translate most of them so please enjoy. Be amused or bemused. For instance the House of Fun becomes the Establishment of Amusement and Baggy Trousers Ill fitting pantaloons.
