Could you tell me if Mike still uses a real Leslie(rotary speaker)for his organ sounds?.I know he used to back in 1981.
Ive been a Madness fan for 30 years now,& I want to say a massive thankyou to you guys for giving me so much pleasure & for being such a positive influence in my life.I taught myself to play keyboards in 1983 after being blown away by Mikes playing.Id previously had no interest in learning to play,but Mike sparked off something inside me & to this day still does.I never tire of playing your songs,they are just brilliant & a constant challenge.Im not after anything,but id just love for you to see my Madness covers here-http://www.youtube.com/user/MrNuttylee7. Mike used to use one but they are a bit cumbersome, so he uses the er…digital equivalent [I think]. I liked your Squelch tune. Keep it up.
