My wife and i have been Mad Nutty since the early days and have been to more Madness gigs than we can remember,after years of nagging we decided to take our 9 year old son to york for his first gig.We travelled 150 miles and he couldnt stop talking about it for weeks before.Everything was going great got there bought him a fez he wanted to get near the front to see you and Tommo who are his favorites,maybe we should have known better as we know what the gigs are like anyway we had to have him pulled out by security during Embarrassment as he was being crushed my wife and i were also pulled over,not sure whether it was Hugh or Gary that came to see if he was alright but this morning after being briused and sore and over the upset he still thinks you guys are brilliant and cant wait to see you again.

What a shame the poor young fella. I’m glad he’s OK and still keen on seeing us again what a trouper. I usually advise people not to take their kids to the front, although most of the time this doesn’t happen. I will get some of the team to send something. I’ll be in touch.
