How lucky we are

Hi Chris
This could take a while, grab a cuppa. I bought the box set of TLONF when it first went on sale, thanks for the signed letter. I didn’t listen to it for a while until a couple of weeks ago when I was forced against my will to paint the hall, stairs and landing so I thaought the only way to get through it was with a little help from the Camden clan and then it hit me, with one finger in the air I thought I know TLONF, I’d already put all 3 discs on the ipod but with it generally on shuffle I’d only really caught the odd track. #%ck me I absolutely love it, fave track is the title track, very theatrical I think it’s your Bohemian rhapsody or band on the run because of the different directions it takes but I love a lot of the others. On the town is great it was really different to hear Suggs singing with a girl and some female BVs. In my, very humble opinion it is definately equally as good as One step beyond and absolutely. Incidentally I recently read somewhere that the dange! rmen sessions hadn’t been very well received, I really like that one too and thats not just because I’m a madness fan. So anyway the reason for the title of the e-mail is because I really think that we fans of all things nutty should feel very lucky and grateful that our favourite band is still around releasing @%#king great albums and touring still after 30 odd years unlike those lazy arses the beatles or oasis etc. Also a couple of other things, do the band own the rights to E.R.N.I.E because it occurred to me a long time ago that you could let camelot use it to promote the lotto it would only need a few minor lyric changes, also I know that the band had a theatre show with madness tracks in it but after listening to TLONF I thought it would lend itself brilliantly to a really good west end production about the old London. Anyway thanks for reading this, hope you’re still awake, regards to all,see you in Bournemouth in Dec. Cheers, Olly,Southampton.

Thanks Olly
You got there in the end eh? I’m glad you liked it.
