Hi Chriss, I am trying to assemble a rather ramshackle approximation of Madness for a battle of the bands competition in Highgate, but all efforts to find the horn parts for My Girl have failed. Would you know whether they are written down anywhere please? It’s not the main gist we are battling with but the twiddly lower bits (I’m playing tenor sax). I should hate to do you guys a disservice (though we’ll probably be doing that anyway). Do you by chance know where I could get a score or breakdown of the parts. We comprise two alto saxes, my tenor and possibly a trombone-impersonating melodica. Many thanks, Louise

There are no horn parts written down. We always used to learn stuff by ear when we started. You could ask Thommo he would maybe know the notes.
