If you had a message board such as this one, would you be able to find the time to provide indepth answers? I’m guessing the answer would be no. You’d be as bored answering questions about what’s your favourite chocolate bar or where can I get an ever lasting gobstopper as CB must be with questions about tour dates. At least you could have your Oompa Loompas do your dirty work for you.

The answers are short but to the point, CB doesn’t use 20 words when 5 will do, he doesn’t have to do this, he does it out of choice in his own time, its nice for people to know that when they send in a question or comment it is actually someone from their favourite band reading & answering it not someone else. People dont read all the messages from months or years ago so don’t realise some things have already been asked & answered many times, they may be a new fan so they may ask a question most of us already know the answer to so although they are entitled to ask you are not going to get an essay back. Although the other members will take time out to speak with you, sign stuff etc CB has always been the one to go the extra mile for fans.

That’s a bit harsh Mr Wonka!!
Chrissy has been doing this for years and has answered hundreds of messages from us lot. I doubt many would have the patience to answer the same questions over and over again, plus he takes the time to answer all of them and not just delete the less interesting ones.
You obviously don’t realise the amount of messages that Chrissy receives, especially when things are going wrong (like the tickets for the Golden Circle and Norton Folgate box set fiasco’s!) and he takes the time to answer them all.
I, and I know a lot of others, really appreciate any time Chris gives back to us fans, even if it is a short answer. What other bands give anything back to their fans?, and I bet Chris has answered this particular lot of questions either on the coach up to the Blackpool gig tonight or during the sound check!
