tickets not arriving

hi there cb sorry to be a pain

but my tickets still havent arrived from madness-tickets.com

what shall i do seeing as they ar not letting any tickets get sent out

i dont realy want to come on the day and buy another one

please dont think that i am moaning at you attal

i realy dont know what to do about this matter ive rtried contacing them but to no availe

it would have been nice to have seen you this christmas lets see what happens

    Yes we’ve been fooled too. Our 2 tickets haven’t arrived and we’re supposed to be seeing them in Reading tomorrow night. It’s a lot of money to lose and such a disappointment. Disgusted with myself for being taken in but it all seemed very official looking. That site needs to be shut down :0(

    I have to my dismay also ordered tickets from that site. I have come to the conclusion I have lost my money. Disputing the payment with my bank at the moment. Trying to buy another set of tickets now.
    Not that I can afford another set………

    I hate to be the barer of bad tidings but there is a forum topic on http://www.madness-central.com. That company came up as someone asked about how safe they was.

    Well I looked it up on a site which tells how safe a ticket site is and madness-central.com is on there red list which is their warned list.

    I hope that you get this sorted out and I know CB will work hard getting this sorted out for you.
