Dear CB,

Just a quick note to say Thanks for answering my questions and reading my comments this year. It does mean a lot. Lets face it, you don’t have to do it and nobody would think any worse of you if you didn’t. I believe that in business speak its called ‘going the extra mile’, so ten out of ten for you cos you certainly do that! Anyway, regards and respect to you and yours and I hope you & your loved ones have a great Christmas and, god willing (!) I’ll see you in Hull in February.
