Dear Dr Chrissyboy,please can you help me as i don’t know where to turn.For many years i’ve had an addiction to a music group called Madness,over the years i’ve bought their c.d’s and dvd’s and been to see them many times.I’ve never hid my addiction and my friends even join in with me and go and see them just so they can help me with the hot flushes i have when i see one of the group that has this affect on me,they even help with the fact that i laugh at one of the groups jokes(i know the addiction has gone too far).My real problem is that they are causing a lot of stress (even more grey hair and wrinkles than i’ve got already)to me as in July i am 40 and i want to go and see them but they only have one gig for July on their site at the moment.I need to know soon if they are doing any more as myself! and my friends need to get sorted out(hotels and travel).As you can see Dr i am a shy and quiet female and i need help what do you advise?

Just keep taking the tablets. This sort of behaviour is normal at your age.
