How can I get Whitehaven tickets? I emailed on the 3rd march and still waiting for a return phone call to book tickets, I have emailed again since but no luck. I have managed to get a hotel booked in the area (not easy in Lakes that weekend)but no tickets. I think this is a very unusual way to book tickets for a band as big as Madness. My daughter is desperate cos she can’t come to Butlins with us (she’s 16)and she has spent loads on a new crombie. Anyway, I’ll see you at Butlins and hopefully in December as usual. x

Well you at least you got a hotel. From what I’ve heard, that’s hard enough. I just tried the link on this site to the ticket agency. It all seemed to work but I was too scared to buy any. Let me know what happens.

I received my tickets at the end of March – having spoken to the people involved with sending the tickets out, they were unprepared for the huge interest that having Madness at the festival would generate! (the lady I spoke to couldn’t fathom that myself and a few mates are driving up from Surrey to see them, a 7 hour journey, but that is the lure of Madness….. or it could just be that we are a bit mad!)
Apparently they only had one person actually sending the tickets out to everyone, so it took them a few weeks to complete.
If you still haven’t managed to get hold of anyone via email etc I would suggest you go onto their facebook page, they were very helpful in helping me find us a hotel for the night!
