I got excited when I recieved an E-Mail abiut a Islands Tour,but then got dissapointed when I didn’t see Shetland Islands on the list.
Could this possibly be amended,we have a brand new music venue being built at the moment,and is due to open in the summer The Mareel http://www.shetlandarts.org/venues/mareel/.This would give you a venue to play and it would certainly be the most Northerly gig you have played in GB,and give people in Shetland (who haven’t already seen you live) see what a great live experience Madness are.It would also save me money not having to travel south to see you somewhere for a change.I could also provide you with a name and number of a chap who organises gigs in Shetland.He has just got Mumford & Sons up here. I know you don’t personally take bookings but it would be good if you could help arrange something.
