hope the new album is going well, can’t wait to hear it. I was recently going through some old cd’s and came accross madstock 92, which I also have on video somewhere. After repeated listens in the car, I reckon that it’s the best sounding concert I have heard you guys in, even better than 98 and 09, both of which I attended (as well as n.e.c 93). Everything was spot on, suggsie, chas, guitars, thommo’s sax etc, and not sure what effect barso had on his piano, but it was well different and so much better to what we hear of late. Obviously, there was no brass section, which I think u need to ditch anyway, they make the songs sound old fashioned but not in a good way.
