I’ve just come back from seeing you in Paris- my husband surprised me for my 40th- as a life long fan i was blown away and felt 17 again- standing and moonstomping like my life depended on it!! Although after 2 children and 23 years- thanks heaven for tena ladies!!
I was gutted to see Bedders was absent- have since seen from your/Lee’s board he’s taking a well earned break- just wanted to say i missed him and check he’s ok? and that he’ll be back?
I’m also a youth worker in Brighton- where i know you live-not in a stalker way- just from your talk at a gig there a few years back- i met a great group of young people on the beach once and commented on their wonderfully smart appearance- dressed in fred perry shirts etc I commented they dressed like suggs- we had a lovely bonding moment as they were great Madness fans- it’s great to see how your music and talent transends the generations!
Thanks for the Paris gig you were great as was the crazy French support bloke? Who was he??!! you made an old girl feel ‘forever young’!!

Thanks Kim nice to hear all that from a lifetime fan. Bedders is fine, I spoke to him last week. I missed most of the the crazy support band but they looked the part.I moved to Brighton now Hove is too smart for me.
