whilst browsing a certain online auction site i seen a white label 12” vinyl promo, stating it features ‘Dangermen’ (Madness) – ‘Where’s The Party’ feat ‘Rhoda’

I know Rhona featured on ‘On The Town’ on the TLONF..
can you confirm if this track was recorded with Rhoda back in the ‘Dangermen’ Sessions era?
