I have been told you might be able to help.
I have two tickets for the glasgow gig in the evening. When a friend of mine from ireland said he was coming over I tried to get another one but I mistakenly bought an afternoon ticket. I have been trying to get a reply from them about it on how i can pay the extra money and get it exchanged.
I dont know if madness have anything to do with the site or not. it is madnesstickets.com

You should always use a recommended ticket agency. I will send this on. Let me know what happens.I would suggest trying to sell the ticket and get another one from Ticketmaster or someone like that.
