Hi Chris, i saw a programme earlier about various dance crazes in music,and to my pleasant surprise One Step Beyond was included with the general opinion that due to the energy required, to skank along that it should be released as a fitness dvd.However after doing so for the last 30 years my expanding waistline suggest this to be false, could this be due to the copious amount of lager consummed whilst partaking in such an activity or is Skankin’ in middle age just bad for your health? I would be interested in your opinion on such matters, as an instigator of the above mentioned Skankin’?????? Cheers Dave
