I heard last week that Morrissey is coming to the belgian festival ‘de Lokerse Feesten’. He has requested that no meat should be sold the day he’s performing. And the Lokerse feesten have agreed… I’m a vegeterian myself, so … well done Morrissey. But it is a weird request, don’t you think? The reactions here are mixed as you can imagine. Do you guys have special requests when you do a gig? Things you need before or after a show?
(or is this a rude question?) Just curious.

I saw Morrissey a few years ago in the Ancienne Belgique in Brussels. He saw a spider on stage and asked someone of the crew to catch it because he didn’t want to step on it. They searched for it with a flashlight, but could’t find it. I’m still asking myself why Morrissey didn’t catch the spider himself …
Not weird really when morrissey is so strict and hates the smell of meat wafting over while he is singing, I saw morrissey in hyde park a few yrs back and he wasnt happy he could smell meat all the time,bless him he is a character.
