O2 Arena

Hi Chris

Back in September through this site I booked a ticket for my husband to go to see Madness at the O2 on the 18th Dec 09. I had a confirmation email and everything was fine. About 3 weeks later my son then decided he would like to go too so I booked a ticket for him this time through the O2 site. We received his ticket almost immediately but not the one from See Tickets and as it was a week before the gig and my family were due to travel (we live in Shetland) I contacted the O2 centre who told me they would duplicate the ticket to be picked up at the box office. In the meantime on the 16th Dec the ticket from See tickets arrived by recorded delivery but that was no use as the gig was 2 days away and my Husband and Son had already set off. When they got to the gig he could not get in because for some strange reason both the tickets had the same reference number and therefore he was not allowed in and had to buy another ticket at the gig. I have since tried to contact See tickets
to ask for a refund for the original ticket but nobody has replied and there is no option to speak to anyone when I ring. I have the receipt of the ticket that my Husband had to buy and also a note from the ticketing manager of the O2 to prove what had happened. I know this sounds a bit mixed up but the bottom line is that See tickets did not send the ticket out in time for it to be used and therefore was useless. I would like my money refunded but am unable to speak to a human being. Is there any advice you or anyone else out there give me please????

Dear Michelle

I am having it looked into – unless you resolved it in the meantime.
