Dear Chris,
I saw you guys tour back in 82 at the Cornwall coliseum, and your back up group were the Belle Stars. In their song Miss World, just after the chorus the words Sisskypop or something like that are repeated 3 or 4 times, I missheard what was said and thought shed said Friskywog! Hence the missheard lyric has stayed with me over the years and has always been my address……lol By the way I recently saw your movie take it or leave it, what a trip down memory lane to my good old London days. Keep safe mate..regards.Chris.

Dear Chris
You are old school, my man. I know her I was with her last night actually and she probably did say that.
all the best CB

Picture this; in a classroom in the economically deprived seaside town of Bridgend sits an 11 year old boy, he is supposed to be doing his art task but when the teacher checks in with him he is instead reading That Close by Suggs. Next to him is an empty space where his mate should be sitting but he’s absent again, probably looking after his younger siblings because his parent’s mental health has taken a turn for the worse, again. Meanwhile, in a different area of the school, sits Junior, a 14 year old boy in the care system, never absent, always ridiculously polite and trying his absolute hardest, he will go home at the end of the day and entertain his new foster brother who has just arrived from Syria as an unaccompanied minor, has no family and speaks no English. And finally, somewhere else in the school sits 16 year old Bart, another boy who has spent time in the care system. On a Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday lunch these boys put aside the too many worries and hardships that they shouldn’t have and they become the school’s Madness tribute band. They are busy practicing for Bryn-It Together, their own little festival that they will be putting on at school because unlike the majority of the school (btw the school will be closed on Friday 22nd because most of the pupils will be there!), these 4 however haven’t got tickets.
I have the absolute privilege of being their music teacher and I wondered if you could help me brighten up their tough little lives for one day by gifting them passes for your performance at In It Together on Friday 22nd May.

Apologies for the lengthy essay!! Thank you for taking the time to read it

    Yours sincerely
    Julie

Still had no reply as my message keeps disappearing. Why did you drop balloons at the concert 10/12/25 in Liverpool. I like others have a severe allergy to latex and carry an EpiPen. We had to leave concert early, why would you put your fans at risk of potentially killing them and not even have the courteousness to reply to email, letter or even on this message board.

      Dear Hazel
Sorry for the delay, I’ve been in hospital. The messages weren’t disappearing, they weren’t answered. We’ve been using those balloons since the 80s and this is the first time this has happened. What do you suggest we do? It’s most unfortunate but I think they were used at the end of the show I think, so you saw most of the show, do you want a refund?

      Dear Hazel
ok I’ve answered this before I think there’s something wrong with the site.
We have used those balloons since the 80s and never heard of this. They were used at the end of the show and I hope you saw the majority of the set. Do you want a refund ?

Hello Sorry to trouble you. I will keep it brief. I have had a very rough time over the years but at long last met a wonderful man who does everything for me. I would like to make a big statement for him on his 70th birthday next year. He still works even though he’s partially disabled due to an accident he had in his 20s. We went and saw Madness at Plymouth and paid etc for the vip bit. We loved it and everyone so friendly. I live in a rural area in Somerset and have a paddock. I would love if suggs and his members could play a few tunes for us live. His birthday is in april next year. Please let me know either way. Kind regards sue
